1. The prize draw is open to all Amazon Flex Delivery Partners aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw, who:  

2. have input a discount code into the bp pulse app 

3. completed the BP Pulse sign up process*   

4. have signed up for a BP Pulse Subscription via an Amazon Flex discount code between 23rd September 2024 until 31st December 2024.  

5. The prize draw runs from 9am on 23rd September 2024 to 11.59pm on 31st December 2024.  

6.  No further entries will be accepted after 11.59pm on 31st December 2024.  

  The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed for any reason, including a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.  Three winners will be chosen by random draw supervised by an independent person on or after 6th January 2025 ("Draw Date").   

1. The three winners will each receive a pair of tickets to either a Home Tottenham Hotspur Football Match or Concert of choice at bp pulse LIVE (formerly Resorts World Arena NEC. Winners will be asked to submit a first, second and third choice for the match or concert. Final prizes will be subject to availability. All prizes must be redeemed by 31st December 2025.   

 Winners will be notified via email by a 3rd party (using details provided at entry) on or after 13th January. If a winner does not claim their prize within 14 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.  Claimed prizes will be sent by email within 7 days of being notified of their win.

2. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.   

3. Prizes are supplied by the Promoter, which reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make it necessary to do so.   

4. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into on this. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails networkcommercialops@bp.com or writes to bp pulse, Breckland, Linford Wood, Milton Keynes, MK14 6GY (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. By entering into the draw, the winners agree to participate in any post event publicity relating to this competition.   

5. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.   

6. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.  

7. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in England and Wales.
